Top 3 "Go-To" Healthy Heart Noodles For The Heart Conscious Foodie

I'm a noodle-girl through and through. So, naturally, one of my priorities, after my dad returned from the hospital due to heart failure, was to find some heart-healthy noodles to make his classic noodle meals that he loves. My Review: My go-to for any simple noodle dish. This noodle is pretty flavorful considering it only has 30mg of sodium per nest. A must have in my heart-healthy kitchen!
