New American is my absolute staple and comfort food. Naturally, I had to find heart-healthy replacements for salty sauces so that my dad and I could still eat burgers together! Here are a list of sauces that you can still have (if you find the right brand). Now my dad and I can eat burgers the deliciously complex and low-sodium way!

My "Healthy Heart Lists" change and grow as I explore new items. Check back for more updates or tips!
